"Driver" means independent third-party vehicle operators or riders who wish to offer services on the Sayatri Platform to a user/Customer.
"Customer"shall mean a person who wishes to receive services of the Drivers or Vendor Partners on the Sayatri Platform.
"Device"shall mean computer, mobile or other device used to access the Services.
"Device Identifier"shall mean IP address or other unique identifier of the Device.
"Promotion"shall mean any contest and other promotions offered by us.

"Vendor Partner"” shall mean third party providers who offer 2-wheeler rental services on Sayatri Platform.

For Drivers, we may require real-time selfies uploaded periodically to verify identity.
4. Background Check Information : We collect background check and identity verification details for Drivers and Vendor Partners, including driver history, criminal records (where permitted by law), and right-to-work status. This information may be collected directly or on behalf of the Company.
5. Other Apps : : For Drivers or Vendor Partners, enabling features that require access to other applications on your device to prevent and detect fraud towards Customers.
6. Additional Information : : We collect additional Information provided during customer support interactions, troubleshooting, in-app messaging, message board posts, ratings, reviews, comments, and referrals. This may include storing and using the name and contact information of referred friends to promote our Services.
